Don't Panic! Here's What 72 Hours of Food Really Looks Like (UK)

The UK government says every household should have 3 days of supplies. So what does 72 hours of food actually look like? I go through the official Be Ready checklist section by section: water, food, hygiene, light and warmth, communication, money and documents, medical, baby and pet products. I show what I've got, what I'd add, and what it all costs. Don't panic: three days isn't as daunting as it sounds.

UK prepping for real households, with no bunker and no panic buying. Just tins, water, a camping stove and a bit of common sense.
