I’m Paul Howell, the creator behind the channel. I’m a UK-based outdoors enthusiast, dad, construction company director, and gear tester with a passion for camping, bushcraft, hiking, and honest outdoor adventure content.

Bushcraft is one of my biggest loves. There’s nothing better than a night in the woods with a tarp, a fire and a few simple tools, slowing down and learning the old skills.

From Shed To Summit started as a simple idea. I wanted to share real camping experiences, honest gear reviews, outdoor cooking, family adventures, and the lessons learned along the way. What began in the shed talking about kit has grown into a community of people who enjoy the outdoors without the polished TV-style presentation.
