Welcome back to the shed!

Today I’m taking a first look at the brand-new Altra Olympus 275 trail running shoes.

I’ve been a big fan of Altra for years, owning pairs of the Olympus 5, Olympus 6, and Lone Peak 9. In this video I’ll give you my honest first impressions of the Olympus 275 – covering fit, comfort, weight, breathability, sole grip, and durability.

I also compare them to my worn-in Olympus 5 and talk about why I sold the Olympus 6. If you’re wondering how these hold up for hiking, trail running, or long-distance walking, this video should help you decide.

📏 Specs covered:

Weight (UK 9 / US 10 = 328g per shoe)

Zero drop platform

Vibram Megagrip outsole

Matrix upper construction

Wide toe box

Breathable design
